Trouble importing sketchup model

Whenever i try to import my new sketchup model draft, Cryengine does not recognise.

The .cgf file is missing, when i try and import. My play up settings and filepath is correct.

found this troubleshooting page which helped guide through certain issues that would potentially stop cryengine from importing model.

After going through everything, I still cannot import.

Component name: bridge

the component was originally created with groups to keep things organised and then nested that within a component and exported. did not work. 
also tried exploding groups, then make whole structure component and export. did not work.

I don't think there is any bad geometry. I checked normals on the playup toolbar. here are some screenshots of model. (no bad geometry)

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
